This page contains all the information relating to how the site https://www.trentinofishing.it/ is managed with respect to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
Also in accordance with art. 13 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 (and subsequent amendments), this notice applies only to the site https://www.trentinofishing.it/ and not to any other websites which may be accessed through links available on the site https://www.trentinofishing.it/
Data Controller
Browsing the website https://www.trentinofishing.it/ may incur the processing of data of identified or identifiable users. The personal data processing Controller is the Autonomous Province of Trento. Please note that, due to the implementation of the reorganization programme concerning companies controlled by the Autonomous Province of Trento, approved by the Provincial Government with resolution No. 479 dated 16 March 2012, Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A. was entrusted with the task of marketing Trentino tourism and territory. The company was therefore appointed as external Head of Data Handling ("Head"), pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 18 paragraph 3 bis of Provincial Law No. 1/2005 and art. 13 ter of Province President Decree No. 18-139/Leg. dated 6 August 2003.
Types of data processed and processing aims
• Navigation Data.
While browsing the site https://www.trentinofishing.it/ computer systems and software procedures that govern the operation of the site collect certain personal data, transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Examples of this type of data are IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by those who log on to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other information about the user's operating system and computer environment.
Although the above-mentioned data may not on their own lead to identified users, they may allow users to whom they refer to be identified through reprocessing with data held by third parties.
They are, however, used by Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A for the sole purpose of compiling anonymous statistics regarding consultation of the site and to monitor its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after compilation. These data may also be used to identify responsibility in potential cases of computer crimes against the site. Aside from these applications, as a rule they are held no longer than seven days.
• Data voluntarily supplied by the user.
Users' personal data may be voluntarily supplied when they send emails to addresses listed on the site or when they send electronic forms lodged on the site.
When an email is sent it allows Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A to collect the sender's email address, required for a reply to the request, and any other personal data contained in the communication. Personal data collected in this way will be used by Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A. for the sole purpose of responding to the email received and for any subsequent related communications.
The sending of electronic forms requesting information allows Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A to collect the personal data inserted in the form. Personal data collected in this way will be used by Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A. for the sole purpose of confirming the request received and for any subsequent related communications.
• Cookies.
The site https://www.trentinofishing.it/ uses only c.d. session cookies which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and are deleted when the browser is closed. The use of such cookies is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server), which are necessary to allow safe and efficient navigation of the website and obviate the need for other informatic techniques which may prejudice the confidentiality of browsing users. These cookies do not allow personal data that may identify the user to be collected.
The site https://www.trentinofishing.it/ does not use cookies to transmit personal information nor does it use any kind of persistent c.d. cookies or user-tracing systems.
Optional supply of data
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to supply personal data contained in the request forms. Omission of data may mean the request cannot be responded to.
Processing methods
Personal data are processed manually and with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are taken to prevent loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
Rights of interested parties
Under art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003 (and subsequent amendments), users whose personal data have been collected have the right to obtain at any time confirmation of the existence or otherwise of these data and to know their content and origin, and also to check their accuracy or request that they be completed, updated or corrected.
Under the same article, users also have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or a block on data illegally processed, and in any case to oppose, for legitimate reasons, their processing.

Pursuant to the Personal data Protection Code, the Autonomous Province of Trento, as the Data Controller (“Controller”), must provide you with the following information on the processing of your personal data. 1. Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Processor for the following purpose included in its activity
a) to access the system to enter stories, accounts of experiences and comments
b) to send out information regarding activities, services and initiatives promoted by trentinofishing.it by periodic paper or electronic newsletter

To achieve the above aims, your personal data will be processed electronically and manually, in order to guarantee its security and privacy
3. Nature of data provision
Providing us with your personal data is optional. However, if you do not send us your data, or they are incomplete, we may not be able to provide you with the service you requested.
The processing of your data, however, requires your consent. This means that, should you not consent to the processing of your data for the purpose under a) above, it will not be possible to fulfill your request, i.e. to send you the required newsletter
4. Categories of entities to which personal data may be forwarded or which may gain knowledge of said data as External Data Processors or Persons in Charge of Processing
Employees and internal/external collaborators of the Controller and the External Data Processor may gain knowledge of your personal data, as well as entities (such as technical services managing computer systems, etc.) that provide services involved in the purpose described above. Said entities will act as External Data Processors or Persons in Charge of Processing for processing the data.
The data may be forwarded to third parties that are commercial partners of Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A. and carry out procedures associated with the fulfillment of the contract, both within and outside Italy, including countries outside the EU, to Facebook, with your consent, in accordance with your account settings and the methods described in the privacy policy, which can be consulted at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/; to Google, with your consent, in accordance with your account settings and the methods described in privacy policy, which can be consulted at http://www.google.com/intl/it/policies/privacy/.
5. Your rights
Please be informed that the Personal Data Protection Code entitles you to exercise specific rights. You can obtain confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being kept and the updating, amendment or, if it is in your interest, the integration of the same, as well as the deletion, the conversion into the anonymous form or the blockage of those data that are being processed illegally.
